Qarz-al-Hassaneh:

According to article 16 of the usury-less banking constitution, qarz-al-hassaneh loan is granted under the following conditions:

1.Providing equipment and facilities for beginning of the work

2.Providing facilities to improve agricultural, animated, and industrial products

3.Providing facilities to meet essential needs and requirements

Loan for limited partnership (Mozarebeh):

It is a kind of an agreement on which basis the Owner is required to provide cash capital and the Agent should have a business with that capital in order to share the gained interest. There are three types of Mozarebeh:

1.Local Commercial Mozarebeh

2.Importing Mozarebeh

3.Exporting Mozarebeh

Civil Partnership:

Refers to the mixture of cash and non-cash capitals of natural and legal persons without considering any limited cut-point in order to gain interest according to the agreement. This is the first contract in the Islamic banking system.

Legal Partnership:

Refers to providing some part of the capital of new incorporated companies or buying some part of the capitals of the existing companies in order to help development in various economic sections in terms of productive plans.

Direct Investment:

Refers to providing the required capital to implement productive and developing projects.

Installment Sales:

Refers to the payment of the first capital in order to have repayment in the equal or unequal installment.

Leasing to Get Ownership:

It is a kind of leasing contract at the end of which the tenant will own the leasing subject. It is to provide facilities in order to develop production and servicing affairs.

Forward Loan:

cash advance purchasing of manufactured products on the basis of the given price.

Jeoaleh`:

It is the person’s requirement to pay a given amount in return to doing a given business by an agent. It is a kind of credit short-term facilities in order to develop productive, commercial and servicing affairs.

Mozaree`:

It is one of the credit facilities for meeting short-term financial needs in the agricultural field. It is a kind of agreement between the owner and the farmer according to which the product will be divided equally between the parties of this agreement.

Mosaghat:

It is again a kind of credit facilities in the agricultural field for protecting and gardening of fruit trees in order to gain equal shares for both parties.

Buying Debits:

It is one of the short-term facilities to buy a draw in order to meet financial needs of productive, commercial, and servicing companies up to the 1 year.

Guarantee:

It is a kind of agreement in which one person undertakes to pay another one’s debits. There are seven types of guarantee:

1.Guarantee for tender

2.Performance bond guarantee

3.Advance payment guarantee

4.Guarantee for restoration of deficit of guarantee payment

5.Customized guarantee

6.Guarantee of payment

7.Other guarantee
